Features
Origin: Tiedra (Valladolid)
Production season: July and August.
Crystallization: Medium tendency to crystallize. When it does, its color becomes whitish.
Properties: Indicated against colds, asthma and bronchitis. It is also a good antiseptic.
Natural honey: All our honeys are raw, i.e. unpasteurized. This means that we never heat them to more than 40º, and we do not apply direct heat either. All this to preserve the unique properties of each type of honey. For this reason, all of them crystallize at low temperature. If you prefer it liquid, heat the jar in a bain-marie without exceeding 40º. It is a 100% natural honey, which goes directly from the hive to your home. This means that it has not been homogenized and therefore the color may vary.
